Maria had an excellent night mostly filled with sleep. The pain and discomfort are there but they are manageable and are at a level where she can rest comfortably if need be (which she is currently doing alot). Its hard for us as family to not stay in her room all day, but alas we need to give her space at times to truly rest.
The Swan catheter in her neck should be out very soon. A little walk may ensue after that. I will post a video if a) this site has that capability and b) I can figure out the technology aspect of. If I cannot post it on here, I will try to do so on her and maybe my Facebook pages- either way i will try to post it onFB.
She may have to remain in the ICU due to the lack of private rooms on her next floor- 6th. This is by no means a bad thing or undesirable- personally i like the increased care she has available here in the ICU.
I may not post again if there is no real updates.
